My teaching style is open, honest and down to earth, making classes enjoyable and accessible for everyone, regardless or age, experience or ability. Classes tend to be focused on alignment and working mindfully to shape the breath and guide the mind.
Rather than get stuck in the routine of the same sequences and routines, I like to mix things up and make Yoga accessible. We'll move, we'll stay still and we'll work hard both in body and mind. In every class, expect to enjoy a range of movements, plenty of breath work and breathing techniques, and space for meditation and relaxation

Private and small group sessions are available on request at a time and location convenient to you. In the current environment, the Rule of 6 does apply in your home, and so this would need to be considered. Before our first session I like to have a quick chat in order to better understand what you are looking to achieve, and from there we will put together a plan to help you get there.
Private sessions are charged per session, rather than per person, so small groups are welcome too.
