"I can't do Yoga, I'm not flexible." This is like saying you're too dirty to have a bath or you can't go to school because you can't read!
I remember being nervous before my first class and I've also been the only guy in the room more times than I care to remember, so like to create a safe and welcoming space to practice where anyone and everyone is welcome. Young or old, experienced yogi or totally new to the practice, all you need is an open mind to get started.
My Yoga Classes in Hertford and Ware will see you engage in a variety of static postures and dynamic movements in sequences designed to compliment each other while building strength, increasing lung capacity and improving both range of movement in the joints and flexibility across the body.
Expect to sweat a little, breathe a lot but leave feeling refreshed and revitalised.
Throughout each Yoga class, you will be encouraged to draw your attention inwards to focus on the actions of the breath and of the mind. Specifically while resting in Savasana, or focused during Meditation and Pranayama. It is an opportunity to practice wellness and self care, looking at yourself as an observer and allow yourself a bit of time and space just for you, without any external distractions.
